Recently I got a post card from CJSettlement .com, it was saying they're going to take CJ and Valueclick to court and if I was a member I will be liable.
And they want you to send your information to they and then you'll not be involved, The replay address is a P) box in America.
I throw it i the bin, It's a complete scam, and there's no website on cjsettlement.com, why don't these scammers just give up?

It's an official website, not spam - try checking it out now...
It's a class action against CJ and anyone that was an affiliate will get some form of compensation (probably little though).
They only want you to write to them if you wish to be removed from the 'class' action. (They have to legally offer you this option).
